On Saturday, May 12th, 12 bustling members of the Danaos Piraeus office and their families undertook a daring task of rafting in the Evinos River (a 92km long river in Western Greece flowing into the Gulf of Patras). With brave smiles they geared up in their blue suits and yellow helmets and with true “Danaos” spirit, completed a 10 km trail from Poro’s bridge to Chani Bania Bridge.
The one day excursion was highly enjoyed by all and with their feet safely on dry land; the “rafting Blues” proceeded to a nearby restaurant for a tasteful conclusion to an exciting day.
