29 Sponsors awarded the 47 distinguished students of the University of Piraeus. The institution started in 1991 and continues every year ever since.

The Department of Banking and Financial Management along with 29 sponsors awarded the 47 students that were distinguished based on their academic achievement in the academic year 2015-2016. During the ceremony, 24 postgraduate students of the Department were also awarded and they received a scholarship in the form of tuition exemption.

Danaos, represented by the General Manager Efstathios Sfiris, awarded Dimitris Antoniou with 3.000€ for his academic excellence.
